This was just awful! The Master has a terrible plot that just stinks of cheese. The Times Lords... led by Timothy Dalton look all cool and show up and do NOTHING but look cool. There's no connection with Waters of Mars... I thought there was going to be a dirrect result of something from that story... which would have been cool... I feel like we watched the notes of RTD plotting the actual episode!
